Sahil Sambhi is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning both the IT
industry and the dynamic world of restaurants. He completed his schooling at Amity
International School, Noida, in 2006, and subsequently graduated with a BSc in IT from Amity
University in 2009.
Sahil's journey in the restaurant industry began in 2015, driven by his childhood dream of
opening a restaurant. Before entering the culinary scene, he worked in the family business,
specializing in supplying, installing, and commissioning security systems. This unique blend
of experiences equipped him with a solid foundation for venturing into the restaurant
industry.
Over the years, Sahil has taken on various roles within the restaurant industry, initially
learning the ropes by observing restaurant operations firsthand. He gradually transitioned
into marketing, daily operations management, and strategic planning. His journey has been
marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to innovation.
In 2015, he made a significant pivot into the restaurant industry by co-founding Molecule
Air Bar, located in Sector 29, Gurgaon. This venture marked the start of his exciting and
impactful career as a restaurateur. Throughout, his entrepreneurial career, Sahil has
explored different industries and launched multiple successful ventures. He currently
operates four distinct restaurant brands: Molecule, The Drunken Botanist, VietNom, and
Bawri, each offering a unique culinary experience.
