Terms and Conditions
- Self-Nomination: To participate in the awards, each applicant is required to fill in a Self-Nomination form, which should be submitted to us.
- Open to All: The awards are open to any organization, entrepreneur, or allied sector associated with the food and beverage industry.
- Multiple Categories: Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories, with the exception of those designated as 'Jury Nomination.'
- Nomination Process: Self-nomination forms, accompanied by the prescribed fee, should be sent to Franchise India. The nominees in each category will be presented to the final jury for the determination of winners.
- Binding Jury Decision: The decision of the jury is binding on all applicants, and their judgment will determine the winners in each category.
- Confidentiality: All information received through the nomination process will be treated as confidential and will be solely used for the purpose of determining the award winners.
- Completeness of Questionnaire: It is important to ensure that the questionnaire is completed in its entirety, as any incomplete entries may disqualify a participant from participating in the awards.
- Participation Rights: The Awards management reserves the right to permit or deny participation in the awards.
- Non-Refundable Policy: The awards nomination fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the nomination profile in case of non-payment of the awards nomination fee by the due date.
