A barista and a roaster par excellence, Nishant Sinha founded Roastery Coffee House in 2017
with its flagship store in Hyderabad. Nishant draws his inspiration from his mentor and guru
with whose guidance he explored the Indian coffee sector very cohesively. The beautifully
curated zero-waste cafe, Roastery Coffee House has now become a go-to name for coffee
connoisseurs/lovers in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Noida and most recently in
Delhi.
Nishant pursued his graduation from Institute of Hotel Management (Jodhpur), and has been
working in the industry ever since. With a family lineage running through generations in the
F&B industry, especially with his grandfather being the Chief Catering Inspector for Indian
Railways, and his father running a catering business in Patna, he certainly has picked up
nuances of the sector and honed his skills in the field. With this legacy further fuelling
his desire to be an entrepreneur along with his college professor's suggestion to pursue a
career in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, he eventually made a debut in the
coffee industry. Roastery has truly been the turning point in Nishant's career and life.
