Manish is always intrigued to learn more about Karigars, the artists as he calls them. His biggest key in making Karigari such a successful brand, was to honour these karigars, every step of the way.
The reason Manish chose the celebrity Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, was because of his energetic personality and his love towards food, his extravagant knowledge in terms of different cuisines all over the world, he truly is the head Karigar. Karigari is not just a destination to savour the best fusion North Indian food but a place you experience more and more with each bite. As he says “Ek Ehsaas”.
In 2014 Manish started a unique theme-based restaurant called the Jungle Jamboree, where he served people 7-course meals, an unlimited buffet with unmatched interiors, resembling a jungle. With the Flying Dutchman and Dutchman Port, he made pubs that are enjoyed by youngsters and families together, experiencing the pirate-themed interiors.
