Gaurav Narang is the founder of Coffee Culture, a chain of lounge cafes that serves great food and coffee with a local touch. He has been in the food and beverage industry for over 19 years, and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He is passionate about coffee and has learned from the best in the field. He started his first Coffee Culture outlet in 2004 with learning the tricks of the trade - espresso, cappuccinos, latte art back then. He loved Italian coffees so much that he used to have 4 espressos in a day. He was always into developing coffee recipes with his baristas and has developed more than 400-500 coffee recipes in 19 years now. He had experience of hiring and mentoring more than 300+ baristas till now. He used to host latte art competitions amongst his baristas at Coffee Culture outlets in 2008. He has been a speaker and a panelist at various events and summits related to the food and beverage industry, such as the Tech Innovation Summit, the Fast Food & Cafe Convention, the Franchise India Start-up Summit, and many more. He has shared his knowledge and insights on topics such as building customer loyalty, brand identity, portfolio optimization, next-gen food service, and his personal story as a founder of Coffee Culture. He has also inspired and motivated the students of Auro University and the members of Worldwide Entrepreneur with his personal story and vision. He has around 30+ outlets in 22 cities in India.
