One of his most prominent ventures is one8 Commune, in partnership with cricket icon Virat
Kohli. This everyday bar quickly expanded across multiple cities in India and is now poised
for global growth, making it a standout in the industry. With 10 outposts currently across
Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mohali, and more, one8 Commune is set to launch 10 more
outlets by the end of 2025 beginning with Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, set to launch this year
with further international expansion in Dubai.
In 2022, Ankit expanded further with Neuma in partnership with Indian filmmaker Karan
Johar., Neuma is more than just a restaurant— a design-led lifestyle concept crafted by
Ashish Shah. Continuing his journey, Ankit partnered with celebrity chef Kunal Kapur to
co-found Pincode, an Indian restaurant with the first flagship restaurant in Dubai, followed
by Delhi. Pincode pays homage to the Indian heyday, when India was the ‘melting pot’ of
cultures. Continuing its international expansion, Pincode is set to launch in Abu Dhabi this
year.
Beyond nightlife and dining, Ankit is now channeling his expertise into Scape, a venture
poised to redefine the vacation home real estate market. With a focus on luxury,
sustainability, and exceptional living experiences, Scape reflects Ankit’s deep
understanding of hospitality and his commitment to creating unmatched offerings.
