A dynamic entrepreneur from a business family, Aditya embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 21. With a lifelong fascination for owning a restaurant, he dove headfirst into the F&B industry, opening his first successful project, Tiger Lily, in the heart of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Despite having no prior industry knowledge or consulting assistance, Aditya quickly learned the ropes and turned his vision into reality. Inspired by the founder of Zuma, an internationally renowned restaurant brand, Aditya admires the ability to build a globally recognized dining experience that resonates across major cities. He drew from this inspiration to shape his own vision of hospitality—anchored in consistency, warm service, and creating unforgettable experiences for his guests. Aditya’ goal is to introduce fresh, innovative F&B concepts to Hyderabad, capturing the evolving tastes of the city's food lovers. His leadership, grounded in passion and dedication, reflects his desire to redefine the culinary landscape while staying true to his values of authenticity and excellence.
