Born and bred in Mumbai, Vicky Ratnani's wit and charm has a duality that is reminiscent of natural Indian spice. A foodie at heart, he is a heady cocktail of flavours, some still undefined. Television has popularised Vicky's culinary skills with shows such as Gourmet Central, Vicky Goes Veg, Cook, Eat & Party and Vickypedia on different national networks. Vicky Goes Veg, which later also became a very popular book, is now available in major book shops and online as well. It has been selected as the Best Vegetarian Cook book for The World Gourmand Cook book Awards in June 2015 in Beijing.
Chef Vicky is a Global Indian Chef in a true sense. He is also Director Culinary for Everstone Capital and is currently setting up various restaurant brands including - The Disgruntled Chef in India.
