At 31, Saransh Goila is an inspiration to all the aspiring chefs of India and a maverick in his own right. Saransh is an acclaimed TV chef, author, entrepreneur and restaurateur. He is the founder of Goila Butter Chicken, the only brand from India that made it on to the legendary food show MasterChef Australia as Chef Saransh appeared on the show as a guest Judge.

He is also registered in the Limca book of records for the longest road journey by a chef, where he travelled 20,000kms of India by road to explore and deep dive into Indian cuisine. Chef Saransh is erudite about Indian cuisine and is also called Sadak chef as he loves to take inspiration from street food.
