Manoj Balan joined Gaja Capital in 2017 and has extensive experience in FMCG businesses; predominantly in the food & beverage categories. At Gaja Capital he is responsible for providing operational support to portfolio companies in the F&B and financial services businesses.

Prior to joining Gaja Capital, he has held leadership roles in global consumer companies. He has worked at Hershey Company both in India and China, Kellogg Company in India and Middle East, Procter & Gamble India. His recent roles in these companies have focused on new business activation and its integration.

At Gaja he leads the Operation support to Massive Restaurants. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
