Venkatraman Girish heads the HR, Corporate Affairs and Administration function for Jubilant FoodWorks. In his role, he leads a team that is focused on developing a vibrant, engaged and high performing workforce.

Girish brings 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Training and other functions. A large section of this has been in scaling up fast growing services sector organizations in the Business Process and IT outsourcing space.

Prior to JFL, he worked in IBM, where he headed HR for the Sales organization. Girish has also worked with Accenture where he headed HR for their BPO business and later set up and led the Leadership & Professional Development team for Accenture India. His prior experience includes a long tenure with General Electric India, where he joined as a part of their prestigious Human Resources Leadership Program. He is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and A.M.JainCollege, Chennai.
