Rohan Sharma is Associate Director, Research & Real Estate Intelligence Service, JLL India. He is an accomplished real estate data analyst with extensive knowledge of the North India markets.

Rohan has been working in the real estate industry since 2006. He has had a varied experience across companies such as DTZ, BPTP, Bridge Capital and Jones Lang LaSalle. He has extensive knowledge in areas of valuation, financial modelling & investment strategy through real property/ land acquisition. He has had experience of advisory and research projects for leading corporate clients and handled real estate requirements for corporate accounts.

He is currently pursuing CFA, Level II. He is also teaching real estate management as part of the Master of Finance & Control course at Dept. of Finance in Delhi University.
