Anjan has unique experience of starting a cutting edge software product startup, running a small scale traditional economy business and successfully transitioning in between to establish himself in a rapidly growing career in technology and consulting. He had started the automobile parts forging business from engineering school and managed it from a sick unit to a two million dollar business, with 120 employees. On making the career switch to a job in Accenture, he had to virtually restart and have managed variety of roles in delivery, consulting and sales with top fortune companies across variety of functions and domains.

He has the ability to apply learning from diverse past experiences to newly evolving situations. He is fascinated by ideas where he is always looking for connections in seemingly disparate things. Anjan is a continuous learner, loves action and thrives under pressure. He is always good with people and they engage with him with a high degree of self motivation even in very difficult situations.

Anjan is recognized as a speaker on various areas and is also an accredited trainer in leadership skills, coaching, and communication skills. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Bangalore University, has done a finance course from ICAI, completed a two month Executive Program in IIM B and also PMP/ITIL Certified.
