Terms and Conditions

Self-Nomination: To participate in the awards, each applicant is required to fill in a Self-Nomination form, which should be submitted to us.

Open to All: The awards are open to any organization, entrepreneur, or allied sector associated with the food and beverage industry.

Multiple Categories: Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories, with the exception of those designated as 'Jury Nomination.'

Nomination Process: Self-nomination forms, accompanied by the prescribed fee, should be sent to Franchise India. The nominees in each category will be presented to the final jury for the determination of winners.

Binding Jury Decision: The decision of the jury is binding on all applicants, and their judgment will determine the winners in each category.

Confidentiality: All information received through the nomination process will be treated as confidential and will be solely used for the purpose of determining the award winners.

Completeness of Questionnaire: It is important to ensure that the questionnaire is completed in its entirety, as any incomplete entries may disqualify a participant from participating in the awards.

Participation Rights: The Awards management reserves the right to permit or deny participation in the awards.

Non-Refundable Policy: The awards nomination fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the nomination profile in case of non-payment of the awards nomination fee by the due date.
