Saurabh Khanijo is a serial entrepreneur who started his career with poultry farming and then he shifted his career and launched a travel agency in 1995 which he scaled up to three travel agencies by 2004. From here on he went on to start his first restaurant by the name of �The Kylin Experience� as Delhi�s very first oriental lounge bar in 2005. Subsequently in 2006, he started Sartoria, an Italian fine dining in the posh Vasant Vihar, New Delhi area. Diversifying into nightlife he started Ivy Bar Dining in 2007 and re-launching it as �Poison Ivy the Nightclub� in the following years. The brand new venture �Kylin Premier & Sky Bar� in the premium mall at Vasant Kunj was launched in 2011. In the year 2012, he entered in the concepts of food court by launching Kylin Express and opens another caf� style restaurant & bar �The Kylin Experience� at Chandigarh in 2013.
