As the Managing Director of Upper Crust Foods Pvt. Ltd, the Master Franchise for Sbarro in India, Rashmi believes that operational excellence is the key to success in this industry. She believes that business can do good for the world, and adopts that thought in all her decisions, whether they are in hiring employees from NGOs that work with the underprivileged or providing sponsorship to special causes. Her hands-on approach and ability to build relationships is valued by all and has helped her build Sbarro into India’s 3rd largest Pizza QSR chain.
