Shanti Mohan is the Co-Founder and CEO of LetsVenture - India's largest online marketplace for angel investors and startups. The idea of LetsVenture came from a personal challenge Shanti faced when she tried to raise seed funding for her first start-up venture in 1998. After 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, she decided to launch her second company LetsVenture once she discovered that the fundraising process had not changed. Today, 3500+ angel investors and micro-VCs from India, Singapore, UAE, US and Japan have invested into 170+ companies curated on their Angel Investment platform.

Shanti founded her first startup in the late 90's in the residential gateway space. Today Shanti is a serial entrepreneur and Angel investor with a passion to make a difference. Prior to starting LetsVenture and getting into the early-stage investment space, she has held managerial positions at Hewlett Packard where she managed the R&D team and was responsible for designing and developing products in the network performance management space.

LetsVenture recently launched LV Titans - a private platform dedicated to enabling Family Offices to access exclusive allocations in growth stage startups and differentiated global VC Funds. With a vision to make startups an asset class, Shanti is now driving LV Titans to bring family offices and traditional businesses into the ecosystem.
