German & Austrian national, Siegfried Nierhaus hails from family of restaurateur and hoteliers and from an early age this seeded his life-long passion for hotels and restaurants.

He he has been working for 15 years in France and 13 years in the Middle East with regional responsibilities from General Manager to CEO to develop and manage hotels in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Siegfried worked 22 years for international Hotel brands and 6 years directly for an Emirati National developing and Asset managing Hotels and F&B outlets

He is dedicated, result-oriented hospitality specialist with vast experience in running an efficient business, leading and developing teams, creating F&B concepts, as well as asset managing properties. This all makes good use of his intuitive interpersonal communication skills, as Siegfried is able to maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve leading results
