Chaitanya Chitta is the Co-Founder and CEO at Goodness! Beverages, which is a FMCG start-up in the Ready-to-Drink dairy beverage segment based in Bengaluru.

Chaitanya has over a decade experience in Finance and Strategy. He started his career with Steel Authority of India Limited, and has worked in leading organisations across the globe such as Barclays Bank, KPMG and Laureate Education where he was the CFO for India market.

His global experience helped him set-up SmartOn Learning Solutions, an online boot camp & certification for digital skills, providing full-stack technology tools for e-commerce, digital & social media marketing through immersive project-based courses. In his second entrepreneurial stint, Chaitanya went on to start DropKaffe in 2015 – Bengaluru’s popular coffee-delivery, offering a wide range of beverage and snacking options. DropKaffe has since evolved and now offers Ready-to-Drink dairy based beverages under the brand name ‘Goodness!’

Chaitanya is a certified Cost Accountant had also holds a Masters in Finance from Temple University. He takes active interest in sports and creative arts. Chaitanya had produced an independent movie that was well-received in the India International Film Festival at Tampa Bay, Florida..
