Ashish Kumar Sanyal,Executive Chef, The LaLiT Bangalore
Chef Ashish Kumar Sanyal was born in the central province of India. Ashish, after schooling, went on to complete the culinary and catering course from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management in Kolkata.
In 1995, Ashish was handpicked by the management of the Taj Group of Hotels from its campus selection process to start a career as Chef Management Trainee in the luxurious Flagship hotel of Taj Group-Taj Bengal, Kolkata. With rigorous and in depth training, he got included into the Chef Fraternity of Taj Hotels as Chef de Partie after barely two years.
With 24 long years of learning and achievements on varied levels, Ashish has seen an era of changing food habits, style and culture of culinary reforms in the country. Now, he is handling the production brigade of chefs and cooks to churn out mesmerizing delicacies at The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore.
He celebrates being the member of acclaimed institutes like World Association of Chefs Society (WACS), Chaine des Rotisseurs, Indian Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA) and South India Culinary Association (SICA)
