An award-winning chef, he heads the kitchen team and oversees all of Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru’s culinary operations. In addition to his gastronomic expertise, he brings a creative flair for food presentation, strong sense of business with a proven track record of streamlining operations with engaging interpersonal skills. He is a striving team player and believes in the success of his team.
Chef Anurudh has many accolades to his credit and has been the recipient of many recognized awards in the culinary world. He also had the opportunity to showcase the diversity and beauty of Indian cuisine during the Prestigious Indian-Stockholm week (Namaste Stockholm) with the President of India visit and his delegation in Stockholm.
He has recently been recognised as the Most Innovative Chef of the year 2018 for the South India region at the BBC good food awards.
