Mr. Collin Timms, a civil engineer is also the Chairman and Founder of the Guardian Bank an Urban Corporative Bank in Bangalore. He is also the Managing Trustee of The Bridge Foundation, a social enterprise organization. Mr. Timms has 30 years of business experience having founded and nurtured business in Financial Services, education, health care and software.
In 1987 he started the first Pecos as a restaurant, which he later converted into a pub in 1989. He is a pioneer in the Pub Industry of India and has developed systems and process that are now standard operating practices across this branch of the Food and Beverage Industry.
