Abhishek has been with Middleby close to a decade and is responsible for the overall business in India. He started out with McDonald’s as a crew member 15 years back and rose through the ranks to get to where he is today.

With a great understanding of the QSR business and close industry relationships he has been instrumental in establishing a significant market share for Middleby products in India. He has led to Middleby being awarded the Business Partner of the year award for 10 years in a row by Dominos which happens to be Middleby's leading customer in India, besides the other global partners like Burger King, KFC, Subway, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza hut, Chili's, Taco Bell and Papa John's among others.

In 2013 Middleby acquired Celfrost in India and he was assigned additional responsibility to oversee the new entity which he has been managing since then.
