Rachit Mathur is a Partner & Director in the New Delhi office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of BCG's global Consumer & Retail practice and works with clients in India across a wide variety of business transformational issues.

Rachit has 8 years of experience in consulting in India and Australia. He is an active member in the retail community and has widely participated in industry associations and leadership forums pan nationally.

Prior to BCG, Rachit worked with ITC Limited for many years in setting up the Foods business, across a wide range of roles & functions.
