Mr. Nilesh Mitra is an accomplished Human Resource professional with over 22 years of work experience. Mr. Nilesh currently heads HR for the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, South Asia wherein he manages the talent capital for 73 operating hotels & 39 under development.

Coming from a learning & development background he has effectively built a culture of empowerment leading to high levels of ownership & strong performance and productivity.
