Rahul Rai is presently Principal-Investments at Rabo Equity Advisors Private Limited. Rabo Equity manages a USD 120mln private equity fund focussed on investing in food and agribusiness sectors in India. The fund sponsor, Rabobank is a Dutch bank with annual revenues of ~Euro13.5bln with 59,600 employees globally.

Rahul has thirteen years of experience in the financial services sector, including five at Rabo Equity. His present functional responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, executing and monitoring investments.

He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is an economics graduate with honours from Hindu College, Delhi University.
