Mr. Prashant Chawla

Mr. Chawla is the Managing Director of Amalgam Speciality Foods (Ambient) and Keya Speciality Foods (Frozen). Both the companies were recently cited by Economic Times as innovative diversified food product companies making an impact in the FMCG sector. The company markets its products in retail segment under premium brand KEYA and also has significant institutional business in fast growing Frozen foods segment serving large and medium QSR chains.

Previously, between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Chawla was the COO & CFO of Integreon Managed Solutions Inc. where he grew the Company to 1,200 employees, revenues of USD 30 million and secured equity investment from Ayala Group, Phillippines. Prior to that he held roles as the CEO of Contentscape Inc. a content creation and management company, and; CEO of 44 Degrees, a B2B industrial market place. He also held the position as Associate � Investment Banking, Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Chawla holds a Bachelors Degree in Technology from MS University in Baroda, a Masters in Science from Georgia Tech, Atlanta, USA and an MBA from Columbia University, New York, USA.
