Pramod possesses a progressive experience of more than 20 years in entertainment retail industry and currently is spearheading the PVR Ltd in the capacity of Group President. In his leadership for the last 16 years, PVR Limited has achieved many milestones including aggressive diversification in the field of entertainment retail besides audacious growth of cinema multiplexes in the country. He has steered PVR Limited to new heights in the business of cinemas including the recent acquisition of Cinemax Limited and other new ventures. An engineering graduate by discipline coupled with management education, he has flair for numbers and an unmatched understanding of business entailments of management decisions.

He is entrusted with the responsibility of analyzing and presenting the financial performance for the business to facilitate better decision making on mergers and acquisitions as per business development and expansions strategies.
