Mr. Mishra is an M.Com. and CAIIB. He is Dy. General Manager at Small Industries Development Bank of India [SIDBI], Pune. He has more than 20 years experience in MSME lending both at Operational and Policy Level. His expertise and area of interests are Technology Upgradation & Energy Efficiency Funding, Structured & Customized Lending Approach and Simple, Transparent & faster Credit Delivery Mechanism. He is a strong believer in reaching to the bottom of the pyramid through use of technology and to provide hand holding support wherever required.

At present, he is heading the Pune Branch of SIDBI, which is one of the largest branch of the Bank. .
