Milind Sovani is a successful international chef and Restaurateur whose restaurant in Singapore 'THE SONG OF INDIA ' became first Indian restaurant in Asia to bag THE MICHELIN STAR

He also runs popular fine dine restaurant called 'April Rain' in Pune. He has been credited to single handedly revolutionaries the way people look at Indian cuisine in Singapore .and now he has reentered the Indian gourmet scene to present his modern style of Indian & global cuisine.

Chef Milind is a man on a mission to take Indian food globally and that too in a new healthy modern avatar. In his 10 years stint in Singapore he has won several awards but most importantly a very loyal following from the local gourmands.

His 25 yrs of experience is studded with international stints, popular television shows of his own, cookery book, written columns for prestigious magazines and to top it all was the chef to two prime ministers of India- Rajeev Gandhi and Indira Gandhi.
