Kaizad Modi is the second generation restaurateur and hotelier who graduated from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration with interests primarily in the Kitchen. He joined the fFamily business ie. a chain of bakery cafes (Goodies) in Baroda started by his parents Noshir and Lily Modi in 1991.

Goodies has always been the pioneer in bakery products in Baroda which diversified into bakery cafes in the early 2000's. Apart from the retail products the Goodies cafe menu is unique and has a fusion of Parsi cuisine at its core

Kaizad has also assisted Lily Modi on consultancy and operations audits for high end luxury hotels and also formed a sister company which handles the franchising vertical of business and consultancy for high end luxury hotels.

He is currently focusing primarily on expansion and optimization of production units to service multiple verticals such as retail, white labeling, back end supplies and support for restaurants and catering.
