Sanjay is a Sourcing & Supply Chain Professional with over 25 years of rich & diversified experience in procurement, materials management, logistics and operations controls in Hospitality, Restaurants and FMCG Industry.

He has got hands on experience in cost optimisation, product development and vendor relationship management.

Recently Sanjay was awarded Doctorate in Excellence in Supply Chain from Young Scientists University U.S.A.

He was awarded Fellowship in 2010 by the Centre for Research in Materials Management (CRIMM) jointly set up by IISWBM and IIMM on the thesis “Best Practices on Purchasing & Inventory Controls”.

It has been his passion to build and nurture team, create infrastructure and build processes for sustainable growth of the business. Sanjay believes in mapping functional deliverables and goals with strategic business objectives.

Sanjay is the Founder and Vice Chairman of Pro Partners. Prior to this he has been Vice President SCM with Del Monte, a Bharti Group company. He also served 7 years as Associate Vice President with Speciality Restaurants Limited (Mainland China Group). And13 years with Oberoi Group of Hotels He was awarded ‘Certified Corporate Director’ by the Institute of Directors, India in 2014.

Presently pursuing Doctorate in Management from ISBM, Mumbai.

He loves to read, write and travel to hills. And also enjoys playing chess and table tennis
