Sunil Patel, popularly known as Dolly Chaiwala, has announced plans to convert his tea-selling venture into a nationwide franchise business.

The company is introducing new ethnic favourites like guava chili and jeera to push sales apart from mainstream flavours such as lemon and orange.

The growth is being fuelled by younger millennial consumers, better pricing and an increasing number of brands entering this market.
