Syesha Kapoor is the Associate Director at Silver Beach Entertainment and Hospitality Pvt Ltd. She spearheads the Marketing, Sales, Communications, Content, Creatives and more with over 12 restaurants under the company. She has worked for over 9 years and gained knowledge and experience in the Hospitality industry.

After pursuing her diploma in Business of Film and Television from Whistling Woods International, she went to UK for further studies at London School of Marketing. After returning, Syesha applied to Les Roches School of Hotel Management for MBA in Hospitality (Marketing Major).

After completing her post graduation, she pursued her passion for the Hospitality sector, working at JSM, where she worked for the core team of Shiro, California Pizza Kitchen and Mai Tai/Trader Vics - Mumbai and launched a couple of restaurants involving herself in all the aspects for gaining knowledge in the field. In 2014, she moved to Dubai and worked with Zomato as a key accounts Manager. She has worked with some of the key mega corporates like Starwood, Namshi, Dubizzle, to draw out special benefits for them and finally execute the proposal.

Towards the end of 2014, she came back to Mumbai and joined Silver Beach Entertainment and Hospitality. She believes that nothing can replace the first hand human interaction with a guest. Some key restaurants under the company are Estella, Radio Bar, Nom Nom (Bandra and Versova), Silver Beach Café (Juhu, & Lokhandwala), Copa, The Terrace, Basanti (Dubai) to name a few. They are soon to open Silver Beach Cafe in Bandra, Three outlets from their existing brands in Seawood Mall, Vashi & are working on their dream project still untitled to be located in Lower Parel. She looks into every detail from the menu to the sales to the promotions and offers at each outlet. Her innovation and love for food has been the core to her success as her vision for the company stays strong with quality and creativity.
