Seema leads Menu, Marketing and People Resourcesat McDonald’s India (West & South) and is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous innovation to enable HRPL achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.
As the head of People Resources, Seema spearheads development of people strategies to support the company’s growth. She also focuses on building and enhancing McDonald’s employer brand, and works towards creating a heightened Employee Value Proposition.
Seema joined McDonald’s in1999 as a Training Executive. Owing to her growing interest in the other associated functions, she has, over the years worked across functions and now leads People Resources, Learning & Development, Menu, Marketing & Communications and Special Projects. Under her leadership McDonald’s India (West & South) has bagged several accolades across the industry and continues to win top honours at ‘Great Places to Work’.
Seema holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Mumbai University. She has also completed an extensive course in Communications across International Business from the University of California – Berkley. A certified trainer in Situational Leadership from the Blanchard Institute, Seema has attended Leadership Development Programs conducted by the South Asia region. Prior to joining McDonald’s India, she led employee training at Dominos India.
