Sandeep Verma

A bartender with an undying love for drinks, Sandeep has taken the art of mixing drinks a notch higher. Having done his hotel management degree from IHM Goa in 1987, Sandeep specialized to become a bartender when he saw there were not many people who took to mixing drinks back then. Sandeep travelled the world to understand global trends and learn the nuances of bartending. In 1996, he started India’s first bartending school - Institute of Bar Operations & Management.

With years of enriching experience, Sandeep moved to consulting with leading brands in India and also abroad, winning many accolades along the way. He also designed his exclusive courses which have been of great help to students who want to take up the art of bartending. Sandeep started his entrepreneurial journey in 2014 and has recently opened his new Cocktail Bar - Howling Wolves in Anjuna Beach, Goa. The bar serves signature cocktails concocted by Sandeep along with evergreen classics and a great food menu.
