Chef Om Nayak is a distinguished culinary professional with a rich history of achievements and a passion for exploring the world of food. His Entrepreneurship journey commenced in 2009 when he founded Chef Om’s Hospitality, a consultancy firm that has played a pivotal role in the success of numerous hospitality businesses across India, the Middle East, the UK, and Hong Kong.

In 2013, Chef Om embarked on a new venture that would become a defining moment in his career. Teaming up with his wife, Aditi, he brought to life The Pasta Bowl Company, a specialty restaurant that showcases his profound love for Italian cuisine. Drawing inspiration from his culinary explorations, he chose to focus on the flavours of Sicilian Cuisine, expertly adapting it to cater to the discerning Indian palate.

With an impressive career spanning over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Chef Om Nayak has honed his skills in hotels, clubs, and restaurants both in India and overseas. His illustrious journey has seen him serving heads of states such as the late Ms. Benazir Bhutto and Mr. Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, the President of Nigeria, as well as catering to the tastes of renowned personalities such as Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Enrique Iglesias, and Anna Kournikova.

Chef Om's educational foundation in hotel management was established at the prestigious WelcomGroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in Manipal. He then went on to gain invaluable experience at esteemed establishments, including the Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Dubai, Goldfinch Hotels, ITC , and Leela Hotels. Notably, Chef Om successfully conceptualized themes, decor, and cuisines for the F&B outlets at the Sheraton Deira in Dubai.
