As an alumnus of IHM Pusa and Kufri Shimla, Chef Khanna has honed his expertise through illustrious tenures at renowned 5-star super deluxe hotel properties like Hyatt Regency, The Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, The Park New Delhi, and The Westin Pune. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a natural ability to foster an enthusiastic and productive working environment, leading customer-oriented professionals with finesse.
Chef Anurudh Khanna's culinary prowess has earned him prestigious accolades, including the Regional Vice President Award for The Culinary Leader of the Year in 2014 and the Most Innovative Chef of the Year 2018 by BBC Good Food. He was also crowned Executive Chef of the Year 2018 South India. His quest for continuous improvement led him to train under the guidance of celebrity chefs such as Michael Nicshen, Gabrielle Montevichio, Giuseppe Sgroi, Cremella Mario, Terje ness, Giere sieke (bucose Europe 2008) Giovanni Grasso, and Mark Lane Sainsbury.
With an impressive career that spans prestigious hotels and restaurants, including The Shangri-La Hotel Bangalore, The Westin Pune, The Park New Delhi, The Taj Mahal Hotel, and Hyatt Regency New Delhi, Chef Khanna assumed the role of Multi Property Executive Chef for The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa in 2019. Currently, he holds the esteemed position of Director of Culinary for both these properties.
