Anuj Wadhawany Chef Partner – Ah So Yum & Reve Modern French Bistro
He started his career at Strand Palace Hotel, London; Chef Anuj then moved to Olive Bar and Kitchen in New Delhi where he spent five years along Chef Saby back in 2010 creating chef d’oeuvres.
Chef has also been an integral part of the opening team at ‘Tresind’ - a modern Indian restaurant in Dubai, one of the 50 best restaurants in the Middle East and has many laurels to his feet.
With the idea of always learning something new Chef Anuj took off to Singapore, where he worked with Chef Andree at his 35th world ranking and double Michelin star winning restaurant André.
With Roseate House New Delhi, Chef Anuj has been instrumental in conceptualizing and designing menus for DEL – all day dining bistro, Kheer - the Indian specialty restaurant par excellence, Chidya Ghar Bar, Tara - the rooftop Japanese lounge and Roasted by Roseate - the patisserie and boulangerie at the hotel.
When the pandemic struck, chef discovered an entrepreneur in himself with his latest cloud kitchen brand called Ah So Yum. After the success of their Gurgram outlet, Chef and his team decided to open another outlet in June’ 21 in New Delhi. The brand has an experience of 2.5 years and with Chef Anuj’s past experience and expertise, they intend to expand their horizons with an Indian cloud kitchen.
Chef Anuj is also a Chef Partner at Licorne Hospitality where he handles a standalone restaurant at Aerocity called REVE’ and two other ventures under their banner.
Being a culinary artist himself and having travelled the world, chef personally finds comfort in a home cooked meal, especially one prepared by his mother.
On being asked what profession he would have chosen if not a chef, he nonchalantly states that he can’t imagine himself being anything but a gastronomy maestro.
