An entrepreneur with diverse business interests, an Economics Graduate from University of Delhi and Management Graduate from Fore School of Management, Vishal started his career in 1996 in the Banking and Financial Services sector. He gained rich industry experience through successful tenures with Mafatlal Group, RPG Itochu, ABN Amro Bank and HSBC.

In 2008, Vishal took to entrepreneurship and established Bricks & Mortar Real Estate Advisory which went on to become one of the leading Real Estate Advisory firms in NCR. In 2014, he further diversified & took over as the CEO of VSPL Energy which is one the leading EPC Companies in the Power Sector. VSPL has executed numerous government projects in power infrastructure development in Bihar, Jharkhand & the North East Region.

In 2017, Vishal founded Moonshine Food Ventures (MFVL) through which he endeavours to bring out iconic places for people to dine in and experience unparalleled hospitality. Being a creative soul himself with a high interest in exploring new food, music, wildlife, fitness and sports, he has come up with some beautifully curated food and beverage concepts with a detailed eye on the design and architectural aesthetic.

MFVL currently owns, manages and consults for various F&B projects in Delhi/ NCR and is now opening their second experiential space Glasshouse in Worldmark, Gurugram. The lineup also includes a 300 seater food and beverage cafe space at one of the corporate hubs in Noida, both Glasshouse and the Cafe will mark their opening in the first quarter of 2022. Glasshouse will complement the gourmet dining experience with a conservatory theme and a picturesque view of the Gurugram skyline.
