Ashish has a degree in electronics and telecom engineering from the prestigious McGill University in Canada where he was a recipient of the highest leadership award at the university. Prior to being an entrepreneur, he has worked across India & North America with GE Capital & GE Private Equity.

Ashish has created a chain of 51 restaurants across India with iconic brands like Whisky Samba, The Kimono Club, The Wine Company, The Wine Rack, Antares Restaurant & Beachclub in Goa, Dimsum Bros. & Yo! China. Many of these have been recognized as the finest by GQ, CondeNast, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Architectural Digest, among others. Ashish has been widely credited for growing the wine culture in India and collaborating with international talent. A recent Youtube sensation, Ashish launched VinoTribe a Youtube channel.
