Hailing from a family of lawyers, with no educational or familial understanding of business and struggling with Dyslexia, Priyank Sukhija set up his first fine dining venture at a family-owned home in Malcha Marg, Lazeez Affaire. Soon after, he opened the RPM club at Priya Complex, and then there was no stopping for him. He launched restaurant after restaurant, opening more than 35 different outlets in the short span of 20 years.

“I realized that nothing makes me happier than eating and serving a delicious meal. Food, music and innovation were what always inspired me and hence I ventured into an area that could fulfill this passion,” says Priyank. Coming from a time when it was either fine dining or clubbing, Priyank paved the path to a middle ground: casual dining.

For the upcoming months, Priyank has both national and international projects in the pipelines. His largest projects to date, are Plum by Bent Chair - two in Delhi & one in Mumbai, and Dragonfly Experience in Aerocity, Delhi, and Sahar, Mumbai.

With 20 glorious years already shining in Priyank Sukhija’s career map, he is determined to have many more years shining brighter than the last. Not only is he at the top of his game, he is constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to stay there!
