Praveena Chandra Gupta Korada is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Super Milk Products Private Limited, Keventers Brand.
He joined SMPPL in 2018 and has over 19 years of experience in HRM.
As the Chief Human Resource Manager at Super Milk Products Private Limited, Praveena is responsible for leading the brand’s HR , Training, Admin and CSR functions. His interests transcend beyond core and traditional HR management, which has resulted in him leading SMPPL’s journey to build its technological and digital capabilities in people metrics and integrating with business.
Under Praveena’s leadership, SMPPL has been successful in building the core management group with strong cultural synergies which in turn achieve its vision of becoming the most loved beverages and fastest growing milk shake brand in the country.
Prior to joining Keventers, he was working as GM–HR , leading Technology, Analytics, Compliances and Benefits at Jubilant Foodworks Limited. A seasoned HR Professional, Praveena has worked across organisations and roles. He has been associated with renowned brands like Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries Limited, Future Group, Sven Genetics and Crescent Therapeutics.
