Masanao Takeda, COO, KUURAKU came to India in November 2016, and was appointed as the Chef (Mainly for Yakitori section) of KUURAKU at Global Foyer, Gurgaon.
Since the company allows the authorized chef only to cook Yakitori, that is their pride and special dish. Itʼs just because to keep the quality in all over the world.
Since October 2018, he is working as Chief Operation Officer managing the
projects in India and Sri Lanka on the behalf of the company. As of now, 7 outlets
(6 in India and 1 in Sri Lanka) are handled by them.
Other than the existing brands before he came, like KUURAKU and PICCANTE, he developed and launched 2 brands with totally new concepts in INDIA.
They are also running "TOKYO TABLE", which opened in December,
would be a first Japanese shop in QSR industries, "SUSHI BAR KUURAKU", which started to operate from last month only.
