Currently heading the business for IPC for South Asia ( India, Sri Lanka , Bangladesh). IPC is a company owned by the Franchisee of Subway and we manage procurement and supply of everything inside a Subway Restaurant, encompassing Direct & Indirect, Distribution and services support for Subway Franchises. Started almost 5 years back with IPC and built systems and processes almost from scratch. stable supply chain to enable sustainable growth for Subway. Prior to this was heading Procurement for Pizza Hut at Yum Brands. Worked with Yum for 8 years . Academic qualification Bachelors in Food tech ( DU) and Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
