An alumnus from the IHM Pusa, Kufri Shimla, and with an amazing working experience in the world-class 5 star super deluxe hotel properties like Hyatt Regency, The Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, The Park New Delhi and The Westin Pune, Chef carries with himself a natural ability to create an enthusiastic, productive working environment with customer oriented professionals.

Anurudh Khanna has recently been awarded the Regional Vice President Awards for The Culinary Leader of the Year Award for the year 2014 and also Most Innovative Chef of the year 2018 by BBC Good food. He has also been the winner of Executive Chef of the Year 2018 South India by Restaurant India Awards.

Chef Anurudh Khanna has enhanced his professional skills under the guidance Of Celebrity Chefs like Michael Nicshen, Gabrielle Montevichio, Giuseppe Sgroi, Cremella Mario, Terje ness, Giere sieke (bucose Europe 2008) Giovanni Grasso, Mark lane Sainsbury and was also nominated by the Times Food Guide as the Young Hot Chef of the year 2007.

With his vast experience and passion for cooking, Chef Anurudh has great exposure, possessing abilities in a wide variety of styles and further believes in experimenting with new flavours making cooking more than just a vocation. In his leisure time, Chef Anurudh likes to capture wildlife and landscapes as he is a photography aficionado and he is a social media enthusiast as well.
