Like other great success stories, after pursuing graduation from Singapore, Ajit Singh started his business with a sense of ambition, an understanding of the culture of the hospitality industry, and the need for something interested to do on a Friday night.
Having the fondness for food and beverage, Ajit Singh is a seasoned restaurateur with four standing properties in Delhi. He entered the restaurant space with Cheenos in Noida in the year 2010, exploring the cuisines like North Indian, Mughlai and Asian restaurant and experimenting with the dazzling fairy-lit exterior. Over the years he founded Xiian that offered a continental cuisine brought the taste of Mughal era with Handiwala and established Cheenos in Goa at the most happening place Baga. In 2018, he conceptualized Detroit Garage Bar & Kitchen in CP and Anglow in 2019.
Ajit was an Army kid and has always been extremely fond of experimenting with Food & Beverage space. So, he has a keen interest in Golf. He has quite a knack when it comes to the bar as well with a peculiar choice of drinks. Ajit was a marketing student and so believes in hands down approach of with most his work.
