Chef Sunil Chauhan, a Hotel Management Graduate from New Delhi started his career with Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd at India Habitat Centre. He left as a Sous Chef and joined Jiggs Kalra Food Services Pvt. Ltd. During his two year tenure with them, Sunil also had the honor of representing team India at The World Gourmet Summit, Singapore, The World Gourmet Festival, St. Moritz-Switzerland, and an Ayurveda Food festival at the Raffles Hotel, Singapore as the youngest chef.
Subsequently in 2001, he set up Chefs United as a specialized outdoor catering and consultancy division. Chefs United had established itself as a force in the Hospitality industry with various International and Domestic clients
Chef Sunil has done extensive R&D and pioneered process driven food production with use of modern technology, and IP protection approach.
Currently, Chef Sunil is involved with a joint venture with Fab India to launch pan India, brand Fab Café – a modern Indian Bistro, which has three outlets operational and 8 more to open with three months. He is also the Co-founder of Naturoll Foods LLp – Baba rolls.
