Sanjay Kumar is the CEO and MD at Elior India and a member of the Group Management Committee at Elior Group.He joined the Elior Group in February 2017 and was instrumental for bringing Elior to India and securing the three acquisitions of Megabite Bangalore, Megabite Mumbai and CRCL in a single day – a first for a foreign entity in India.
Before Elior, Sanjay was the CEO and MD of Altran India and a member of the Global Management Team at Altran Group. He has also worked with Royal Dutch Shell Group for over 18 years where he held various positions in Europe and Asia. Apart from being a part of the team that set up Royal Dutch Shell's joint venture with Bharat Shell in India, he was responsible for boosting the oil giant’s retail-lubricants business in the Asia-Pacific and Europe markets. Sanjay’s diverse background also includes commercial and marketing roles at Eureka Forbes, Arvind and Marico. He graduated in Physics from the University of Delhi and holds an MBA degree from IRMA Gujarat.
