A self-made man, Inderjeet lost his father at the tender age of 14 and that was when his life made a paradigm shift. After completing his 12th, he started exploring different realms to learn how to judiciously use the money that he had. Inderjeet decided to follow his passion for food after working seven years in manufacturing industry.
He is running five chains of Pirates of the Grill (Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Noida and Jammu) and the sixth chain will soon be launched in Ludhiana and Prankster in Gurgaon.
With a conscious effort of expansion in the northern part of India due to numerous opportunities, Inderjeet eyes to reach the markets of Bengaluru, Mumbai and Dubai with the flagship brand Pirates of the Grill by 2017 and wants to open at least four Pranksters in the next two years. His ultimate dream list consists of opening Michelin star restaurants in India, which are at par with the global culinary market.
